Connected Learning

Connected Learning is an innovative, collaborative method of learning English for students at upper elementary/middle school and high school level. Entire classes connect to learn together using one of eight thematic units, which comes complete with individual and collaborative tasks, ITC tool choices (and explanations how to use them), detailed task instructions (and alternative applications), and professional development for teachers to support implementation of 21st century skills. The project was led by Beata and IEC Group Consulting, with a team of 15 teachers from Poland and Iceland. The project was funded by EEC grants. Intellectual outputs (Strengths-Finder Analyzer, webinar, module site, instructional videos) are available for use by any English teacher in the world, free of charge.
